Removal day.

Quick. Simple. Done.
The waste is wrapped, transported and taken to an EPA Victoria-authorised facility, and your clearance certificate is arranged where required.
Why eaves are easy to miss
Soffit sheets sit above head height, painted over, and look like any other lining. In homes built or renovated before 1990 they are often fibre cement, in brick and weatherboard houses as well as fibro.
If you are repainting, fixing gutters or re-roofing, test first. Touching eaves with a scraper or sander is how most exposure happens.
How removal works
Sheets are wet down, unfixed by hand and lowered whole, then wrapped and labelled. Work at height uses scaffolding or a platform. Gutters and downpipes are checked as part of the same visit.
Eaves pair naturally with roof work. One visit means one clearance inspection.
Rules and disposal
Notification, licensing and clearance follow Victorian rules. See our regulations guide. Waste goes only to an EPA Victoria-authorised facility and is recorded in Waste Tracker.
Victorian rules differ for private householders and businesses. For any renovation involving asbestos, use a WorkSafe Victoria-licensed removalist.
